I have been using the Head & Shoulder shampoos for 7-8 years now. I never changed the brand. I remember initially back then, I was using one named Silky Black, Cool Menthol and one that came in Pink bottle. All were brilliant. Now I am using this ACTIVE PROTECT for at least 3 years and I am equally satisfied with it as well. It clears the dandruff to the fullest. Gives very refreshing overall feel. It lathers very well. Smells good. I am just very gratified with this particular product. I never felt any issues of hairfall after I started using this shampoo. Apply coconut oil atleast an hour before the bath and use this shampoo for best results.

First of all, the product i received was 1/4th empty. Try it yourself. Keep a bright white light behind the bottle. As far as the product is concerned, it didn't suit my hair. My hair is coarse & rough.. Even after using the shampoo my hair was not soft... Earlier i had tried H&S 2-in-1 Smooth & Silky. It worked better.. And I am going back to Smooth & Silky..
