I got this for my mother who has almost 80% grey. We never use anything other than Indigo powder because she gets rashes on her skin. Indigo is not that effective because it doesn’t last even for 15 days. So, I persuaded her to try L’Oréal’s. Easy to use. Quick unlike indigo where we have to wait for hours together for the colour to catch on. No itchiness/allergy so far. No comment, yet, on the longevity. Will update later. EDIT: impressed. It’s lasts for so long. The colour doesn’t fade off very easily, so we only have to do root touch ups.

we have received packet containing 2 sets of Loreal paris color on 19.05.20 . Due to ongoing covid issues, we have kept the package in our car and taken out the same today i.e on 24.05.20 only we were surprised to find only conditioner and gloves in one of the packs while other pack was containing all the stuff i.e colour, developer, conditioner and gloves. Pl look into the matter and arrange for fresh delivery of missing items Regards Dharmendra Singh

Product good but amount of developer was not volume of 72 ml which was 20ml it very bad practice to decrease it's volume.
