I have been using this from quite a long time over 8-10 month but, I bought it from the local shopkeeper, this time it was not in stock at the local shopkeeper so I ordered it from Amazon, the packaged I received was well and goo and was delivered on time but when I used, I noticed a difference in the texture and colour of the shampoo, I thought it might be my misconception but after using it for 10-15 days I noticed that hairs were not in good shape but by the time i realized the damage was done and shampoo bottle was over so i couldn't compare both the shampoos side by side, but one thing is sure there was definitely some issue with that bottle. So it is definitely a great brand(considering their product are not tested on animals, as mentioned on their website) and shampoo is also good. But the shampoo, I purchased on Amazon was not good, I am not sure what was the reason. Still using the same shampoo but now buying from local shopkeepers instead of Amazon.
