The product smells great, no doubt! I was very hopeful of the two things this conditioner offered - first and most important, ‘stronger hair’ and second, a fix to dryness and frizziness. But other than the good fragrance, I felt my hair only increasingly thinning and breaking. I used the product easily for over 15 washes, just to make sure I wasn’t judging it too soon; but I had to put a hard stop on using it as my hairfall only increased. My hair has also become weaker and falls by merely running my fingers through detangled hair.As for the dryness/frizziness - it did not make an evident difference.Not sure I will purchase anymore WOW products after this terrible experience.

Despite the simple looks, the pump doesn't work for my product. I have to remove the cap and use it, and so far the conditioner seems average. Not so great of a product
