Good:Works extremely well as an ice pack. Comes dry, needs to be submerged in water for the first time.Bad:Due to the"paper side" of the ice pack being semi permeable, the chemicals in the gel can leak if used to chill water by submerging the ice packs.Ugly:This pack has one side plastic body and other side paper body, for using to cool your knees it might last longer but when the gel comes to room temperature the paper side becomes weaker. Using it to lower the temperature of water I've submerged the packs 4 times and have seen damages in 3 out of 10 packs.If planning to use for cold baths, not recommended. If you want to use it once in a blue moon, go ahead no issue.
