While walking I fell and caused damage to my right arm. From x-rays no damage to the bones detected. I was unable to move my arm side wards or reach my back due to pain in the shoulder. I have used numerous creams that include move, amrutanjan strong so on. Absolutely no relief. Then I decided to try the DR Ortho because of its ratings and wide use. I gave a three star rating because:The oil is not very greasy and easily washed during bathing. It will generate some warmth while applying. I used it for three months. Hardly gave any relief to my muscular pain. May be this oil is not intended to give relief for muscular pain. I need to mention this to caution potential users from using for relief for the type of pain I have. I do not have arthritis in my knees and therefore cannot comment.
