This product was effective from the very first application..i felt the healing effect right after 2nd n 3rd application i had a workout knee cramp wherein it was painful for me to even walk n this turned out to be extremely effective n i was able to stretch n walk after 2 days of applying this,this is a wonderful product n kudos for developing it, I dun knw if this would be as effective as it was for me to others n that depends but definitely it will be my go to product for any kind of muscle stretch or cramps in case i do get one in future.Thank u Dr Ortho!
