This product isn't upto the mark. I have used a different brand ,also made in kerala if i remember correctly, which is much more effective than this. This isn't strong n potent. Diluted with more of base oil i guess.

Not very effective. I ordered this Kerala Ayurveda Anu Tailam instead of Kottakal Ayurvedshala product which I had been using for a while. This is not comparable in quality and effectiveness. Try both and you will see the difference immediately. This one is a waste of money

If you have sinus , blocked nose and ears ! then this is the product for you. Feel much better ever since i have started using this product and highly recommend it to folks with sinus issues ! it just does wonder so much so that my sleep has also improved due to the relief . Just a amazing product.
