Not very effective. I ordered this Kerala Ayurveda Anu Tailam instead of Kottakal Ayurvedshala product which I had been using for a while. This is not comparable in quality and effectiveness. Try both and you will see the difference immediately. This one is a waste of money

I'd been suffering a postnasal drip for months, all I got recommended for treatment was a continuous course of anti allergics. I was uncomfortable taking them for months and months. The post nasal drip was also causing a persistently itchy throat due to the mucus. 2 days of administration and my nasal passages have cleared up. The mucus is draining and a full cure looks in sight - something anti allergics could not promise.
