Firstly the roller I received was already opened and sealed back with cellotape. I gave it a try. There is no problem with the heating of the roller. I heated it for 25 mins and tried a test. My hair were quite grown. It came out well but even after washing and bathing I had to scrub to remove the stickiness. It was a little pain as the skin was sensitive after waxing. Would not recommend for sensitive skin.

I moved to India from Europe, where they use roll on wax mostly, so I'm glad Its available here now," Very easy to use, if u do not have a machine u can just put in hot boiling water for sometime, and just roll on the body with hair, and use any wax strip to peel it.. works smoothly and easily, best part is we can do it on ourselves. Worth buy this covid situation.

This is a wonderful product, easy to use easy to remove, it is just wow. No need to purchase the heater immediately. Just heat it in microwave for 2 min n it is ready to use(need to reheat when it cools down from the needed temperature). I have used it for the first time hence I did not purchased the heater for if it did not worked appropriately, but it did worked so efficiently that now I am in love with it. Everyone should give it a try.

Excellent product for dry and sensitive skin, I always had trouble using normal wax because of sensitive skin and it felt like someone is pulling off my skin. It was always very painful. But with Rica wax, specially argon oil wax, it was easy to remove hair with very very less pain. I am happy with this product and i bought it along will depilatory heater, so I was able to do it in my home at much less price than in parlour

The wax was way too sticky....and it took me a lot of time to get rid of the wax from my skin....it was very frustrating.....tbh i bought the wax for the roller.....after a lot of work i almost emptied the container...and filled it with chocolate wax....and then i was able to use it properly.

This is super.. am doing waxing on my own fr first time ..this is really easy to use especially if we r doing on our own...no need of heater too jus put it on hot water ..apply it ,strip it off.. removes baby hairs as well... But dnt apply mulitiple tyms on same area..use oil if wax remains and not comng off the skin...thanks rica..though it is bit costly like 800ml is 900 rs and this 100ml is 220 rs.. it comes fr two tyms hands and legs.. am njoying this product ..recommends..
