I wrote raving reviews of their XL pads but this has my stark opposite opinion. Firstly the good things: 1.Longer pad 2. Has wings 3. Cottony feel 4. Non irritant but that ends here Talking from a heavy bleeders perspective where their Rio XL worked wonders and stayed so much longer than this one Cons: 1. Super low absorbency 2. It does have wings but that wings gives it higher chances of leakage 3. So low gel when compared to their own XL version.. even when soaked in water this doesn’t swell much and results in easy leakage in just 2 hours during heavy flow 4. Cannot absorb clots.. 5. The pad is long, but the liquid doesn’t travel back and the leak happens even before it reaches the back area Research team, a genuine feedback.. please don’t be like other companies where you give out quality products and decrease the quality over time.. This is NOT a heavy flow pad.. normal to little flow and tension free sleep yes..
