For the first time in my life I have used a tampon and I must admit I luv this change. It's so easy to use. Just read the instructions carefully u might check out a few videos on YouTube as well.I can't compare it with others as it's the first that am using one. Periods are such a big nightmare esp in extreme weather.Gross wet feel,sweat leaves u with irritated skin n make u hate periods even more.I used it as a beginner,applicator helps in placing it properly without ny difficulty.For light to medium flow go for Regular n for heavy use Super.At discount price drops to Rs 135.Use- Before using tampon or cup just know ur anatomy n try to relax as this will avoid muscle to tense up.Insert the tampon till the ridged part in vagina and push the applicator.Then gently remove.The string is left out for removal.N no it will not get lost in there.As sm ppl think.The cervix opening is too small to pass it further. :) When string turns red,remove it.Dnt use it more than 6-8 hrs to avoid TSS.You wnt even feel if smthing s evn thr.So no more canceling swimming n exercise plans,no more nasty smell,no more wearing an adult diaper :D
