Hi,"Please refer to my subject order placed on 7 September 2020 for Pedicure Foot Scrapper/Scrubber (set of 2 pcs) delivered on 11 September 2020.First, I regret to point out that the Foot Scraper/Filer supplied wasn’t ‘dual sided’ at all as shown in the attached image.Second, soon after the Pedicure Foot Scrubbers were delivered, my wife and I started using them in right earnest. However, within a couple of days of their usage, we were appalled to find that these Foot Scrapers/Scrubbers started showing signs of rusting as ugly brown stains started appearing on them maybe due to inferior material.Also attached please find two pictures showing the current condition of these Foot Scrapers/Scrubbers supplied.I’m an old customer of Silkrute as I’ve been regularly placing orders on Silkrute for the last several years. So far I’ve never faced any issues regarding the quality of the products supplied. I wasn’t therefore expecting an inferior quality of the product in question.I would appreciate if you could have these Pedicure Foot Scrapers/Scrubbers (set of 2 pcs) replaced ASAP.I look forward to hearing from you soon.Please confirm.Regards,"Kalyan Lingham99609 06965
