Try it to increase your magnesium levels if they come out low in blood test. Use it as foot soak at night in normal warm water. Use it 1 hour before bed. Also avoid alluminium kadai to cook food as it removes magnesium from the body. Use iron kadai or steel kadai.

I was a little doubtful about the product as I was buying it for the first time. I needed for pain relief and relaxation. This salt did solve the purpose. I have been using it for more 2weeks now. I put some in warm water and soak my feet for sometime and I could actually feel the muscle relaxing. It also made my feet look younger. It has no inherent smell and desolved easily in warm water. A 10-15mins soak will do the trick. Loving it. It would have added to my happiness if the price could be lower. I feel for hands and feet dip this quantity will survive but if I go for a body dip I will need more. If the vendor could provide discount on larger quantity purchase like a bulk order of two to three packets that would be great. Thanks for the lovely product!

I had come across an article about health benefits of Epsom salt (MgSO4) on muscle health and pain relief. I use magnesium in another form orally. So, I began searching on Amazon and I found this product, took a chance and ordered it. It comes in a nice zip lock kinda pack. 1 kg. The salt should be stored away from water and air since it absorbs moisture from the air I.e. hygroscopic. I used to mix two tablespoons of it in hot water and a few drops of lavender essential oil (as I don't have a bath tub etc) and have a normal bath. I have procured KHADI NATURALS LAVENDER AND YLANG YLANG HERBAL BODY WASH from Amazon and mixed more than 1 table spoon (first time errors ??) and had a bath. Since the product is extremely pure, it mixes in water very quickly. It has NO ODOUR at all. Simple intermediate chemistry says that presence of calcium and magnesium salts in water reduces lather of soap. That is why, water is heated. The process is conversion of hard water to soft water. Since, we are adding the salt again, into hot water, "DO NOT WORRY IF YOU DO NOT GET ENOUGH LATHER". NO NEED TO BLAME YOUR SOAP. IT IS THE SALT THAT REDUCES THE LATHER. One can taste the salty water when bathing, if some of it enters one's mouth ?? All in all, a fantastic product to reduce muscle cramps etc. Instructions are given on the pack.
