I have been using this for a long time ordering from Silkrute, but this time in subscribe and save I received the bottle where dispenser was defective/ not opening. Since it was a new packaging, I wrote to woot (the company that makes it) to send a video on how to - but no response?! I complained to Silkrute, but no response!! I mean, who has the time to entertain such poor customer service for a non-returnable product. It should returned and replaced.

Good moisturizer. It is non sticky, get absorbed quickly. I use it before bed, my skin feels soft even in morning. Would have given 5stars if it was unscented. I completely hate the smell, though my son likes it. It smells like cigar not coffee or floral. Good thing is smell fades aways after some time. And it isn't too strong.
