I have been using this cream for about a year and above. I have moderate acne and since the past 2 years it has really helped reduce the acne. It takes at least 3 days for the effect to work but may vary depending on the pimple. I recommend you to go for it! But it may cause dry skin so please use a moisture to balance it out.

This gel is great if you have oily plus acne prone skin.I have pustules(pus filled acne) so i apply it over a pustule and it make the pus dry or disappear or most of the time helps to come on top to burst itself.Earlier painful pustule used to take around one week to dry or burst itself but this gel has given relief on it.But apply it only to ur acne area or a pustule not on other areas otherwise it will leave ur skin dry.Its worth the price.Try it.
