This was an absolutely crappy experience for me. The Kojic acid serum was okay. But the kojic acid cream was a nightmare. My issue was with the packaging. It comes in a Pump tube. The pump was totally dysfunctional. And I had to literally cut off the pumping part of the bottle to get to the cream inside. Would not recommend this unless they start packaging the cream in a box or better bottle with no pumping mechanism.
