I haven't used any other beard shampoo brand before, so I cannot honestly compare it with any other product. From my usage of the last few days, I am happy. My beard, after wash with the shampoo, feels soft and has a pleasant smell. Also, I used to sometimes get beard itches which is also alleviated by this shampoo. As of now, for my skin type, which is oily with coarse beard, this shampoo does the job.
