It's written on the bottle to apply twice a day. Applying AHA (Mandelic Acid) twice a day can be really harmful to the skin and it may cause skin to purge. I contacted them regarding concentration of Niacinamide and AHA In the toner, but still they haven't recommended. It also contains witch hazel extract. Commonly used plant extract that can have potent antioxidant properties and some anti-irritant properties. However, witch hazel’s high tannin content (tannin is a potent antioxidant) can also make it irritating if used repeatedly on skin because it constricts blood flow. Depending on the form of witch hazel, you’re exposing your skin either to an irritating amount of alcohol (which causes free-radical damage and collagen breakdown) or to tannins, or both. Moreover, witch hazel contains the fragrance chemical eugenol, which is another source of irritation. For those with sensitive skin, especially when the problem is rosacea or acne, fragrance can be seriously irritating and that will show up on the surface. Fragrance of any kind (including natural fragrant oils) should be avoided at all costs.In a nutshell, it's a really badly formulated product. Please move on to other toners.

The bottle of the toner which I had received was well and fine but I felt that it was too light and later I had realised that the bottle was filled 2/3rd only which made me to think that the toner was used or what as it did not come in any official packaging and was with a plastic sheet inside the Silkrute box

This toner works wonders to reduce acne and with time acne marks too..... The only point Silkrute needs to work on is packaging.... I'm highly disappointed with the packaging as I received a bottle with broken spray head this time . Really disappointed.
