I have tried this lip balm before but this time received a damaged product that is not returnable or exchangeable. Balm is rock solid and dry as hell. And if I tried to scrap some and warm on my palm, that didn't work either. It has a weird texture which is super dry, grainy and feels like weird paste and since it is non applicable so it doesn't stays on either. I mean i tried to try it once and trust me it's a very uncomfortable feeling. I can't even get it out of the pot.

This is hands down the worst lip balm. It has a sandy texture. It does not hydrate or moisturize the lips and leaves a white cast after application. Very disappointed.

This used to be my go to lip balm. This time there is some thick non sticky grainy paste which has this weird taste and doesn’t stick for even 10 minutes. Such a drastic downfall quality wise from mCaffeine is really disappointing.
