I loved this this lip balm earlier. Now they've ruined it. The product is entirely changed and I don't like it one bit. It used to be soft and creamy. And now it's just hard and dry. Very disappointed!

The scent is quite artificial and strong, it hurts the throat at times. It does moisturizes but it is very glossy and sticky and wears off easily.The packaging from Silkrute was nice, no complaints about that.
