The first time when i bought the product a month back i have not got the sharpener with it The second time i purchased all the three shades together along with sharpener as well. Though the lipstick is so dry and matte(feels like the lip is dried out), the finishing it gives is fabulous. It wont smudge or goes out even though you wash with water. I give 3/5 ratings for the product.
