HiAm happy with the product quality, however, when the lamp is lit and burning when I cover the lid of the lamplight gets off, and the top lid gets very hot not able to touch in hand.please support resolve the issues.

The product works fine for me. Have to careful with glass as it is not available in market once broken. Regarding wick, better to use cotton thread (kaccha sut) or moli for better results.

The Diya with its glass cover looks very attractive. However the Diya stops burning if u put the glass cover. There must be some gap at the bottom for the air to pass. This could be improved.
