One can easily notice the broken cap of the “can” even if you notice closely the cap itself is not of this “can”.. The “can” comes with magenta color cap but here you can see green color. Also the seal tape is removed its not just a broken product rather there is high possibility that they sprayed off some amount of fragrance liquid.
