It’s good but the quality is off in a few places in the worst ways. The front expanding pulley feels like it’s made out of flexible rubber so I just took it off entirely as it served absolutely no purpose. Dont see any reason for why there is a water drain hole in the bottom when you can just flip the damn entire thing. Plus it’s absolutely hard and annoying to remove the plug and put back. The rest is good! Been using it for a while and its okayish Just make sure not to be rough on the mopper.

The mop works well; however, within a month of using the lifting handle has broken beyond repair. Now the bucket needs to be lifted holding from each side so it may also break soon. Too bad considering the humongous cost compared to other similar products at half the cost...
