The Product I received recently have Quality Issues. The Liquid is NOT THICK how it used to be before and there are BUBBLES in the Detergent Liquid. It seems WATER is Added and the Quality is Compromised. Have to Request the Product Manufacturer to create a SEALED CAP.

UPDATE 28 Dec 2018 I've ordered the 1 litre bottle pack before. Ordered the 2 litres pouch as it was economical at Rs 295 (with coupon) Was perfectly packed and delivered. P.S. The people who are complaining about the detergent being too liquidy need to check the smaller bottles. The consistency has NOT changed. It is the same as it always was. Weather conditions also make the liquid 'seem' thick (winter) or runny (summer) when poured from the bottle. Also remember the packages undergo a lot of shaking and jerking on transportation, hence the bubbles will form and they dissipate slowly since it is a detergent. Any form of water addition will ruin the efficacy of the detergent in the bottle itself. So stop complaining about the liquid. There's absolutely no quality issues with Surf Excel. Another brand, called 'Genteel' makes really thick liquid detergent. It is cheap too! But you get what you pay for, the cleaning is below average in comparison to surf. If you want thick liquid, go buy that. 31st Dec 2017 It's great for top load washing machines. You could use the simple surf excel liquid (orange cap) too and it works the same. I bought it on deal at Rs 170. Hope this review is helpful.
