Flaxseed oil in itself is great especially the organic type which it is. But, its capsules are using Titanium di-oxide as colorant which is a heavy metal and is dangerous stuff. What's is the point of taking organic Flaxseed oil mixed with heavy metals!? I purchased one bottle and when opened I say red color on the center of the capsule. They don't even mention it. I had to communicate with them to actually know what is the red stuff. They told that its Titanium oxide and its safe for consumption. Well, it's not. Stay away. Google Titanium dioxide and find out how dangerous it is. Don't play with heavy metals! A better option is to use flaxseed oil sold in glass bottles instead of packed in capsules.
