I have huge respect for amul specially after reading kurian biography “I Too had a deeam”. There is something wrong with amul ghee, you won’t release until you are just using in low amount just with chapattis. But if you try to use as desi ghee(make churam) you will feel this is not substitute for desi ghee. I have been regular customer of amul ghee, I can see this is close alternative to desi ghee. But Not the same.
