Travel friendly, keeps coffee warm for 3 -6 hours. Good design, easy to use, clean and refill. I carry coffee in this to work because the coffee in my company is like mud in hot water. This is a very handy kind of mug/ flask with a push to open lid that has a lock to prevent accidentaly opening. I love everything about this product including the way one can sip from it like a coffee mug without fearing burning lips/ mouth. I am disappointed only on one criteria; leak proof; I think for the first 3 months it lived up to that claim but recently I have been experiencing that the coffee does leak from the mug; I travel by bus and spillage happens and people around me have complained. This product could be made better if the company puts a rubber lid/ flap on the hole where the coffee/ tea is being dispenced from. The lid would be an additional security to make it leak proof. Please don't take the last point too seriously, it just might be that I am the one who received such a piece. This is a must have for those office goers who don't like the coffee/ tea served in those machines in those so called Multinational Companies, that call it a part of the employee welfare...
