Good parts:1. Strong and sturdy2. Easy to clean3. Does not leakNot so good parts1. The measurement given is of no use. The engraving or the meter is on the outside, since the body is made of steel, you can't see the liquid inside. If you try to measure from inside, it's not readable. So the only way to measure the liquid is to first measure in something else and then pour into it. That's a big hassle and the maker will have to find a way around it.

I prefer steel bottles/shakers to plastic ones (lid is made of plastic). This comes with a mesh ball and an extra compartment to store protein powder and stuff. I was looking for something just like this so that I can make my shakes even at office. It's easy to clean as well.I loved the product. However do not expect it to keep things hot or cold because it's not made for that. This does not leak as of now but still be careful if the flip top opens it might spill things. Overall good quality and I'm happy with the purchase.

Very nice product. Look is nice, carries 650ml liquid approx (not sure) . It has two compartments. The lower one can be detached & you can use it as a cup Or put protein powder Or anything you like but in small quantity. The loose ring given inside with it is of no use however.Steel is used except upper part which is all hard plastic. You can use it as shaker. However, it doesn't keep liquid cold or hot. Don't expect that in case you are looking for one. Steel qualitt is average & can't expect milton kind of stuff. If you pour hot milk, you can feel very very hot outside & can't hold or touch with your hand but that is ok with me. Moreover, not even a minimal chance of spill. Easy to wash except upper part. Apart from it, the product is superb. Amazon next day delivery was good.Note : IF YOU JUST WANT A SHAKER TO CARRY YOUR PROTEIN, THEN BUY IT. BUT IF YOU NEED IT FOR STORING COOL OR HOT STUFF FOR TRAVEL, OFFICE ETC, IT FAILS IN THAT CASE & I SUGGEST BETTER GO FOR BRANDED ONE LIKE MILTON AND SPEND FEW MORE BUCKS.
