The drawers are not too smooth (especially lower ones get stuck once you fill the top ones). Th equality is ok. Not worth the price. Also, no point in selecting the colour. They send any available colour

I ordered this organizer for my office,it is a great product,my only concern is I found two rajnigandha panparag in one of the drawers and one packet of it was opened,clearly someone ate the panparag and kept it in the box, DISGUSTING!!,it was terribly poor service, didn't expect this from Silkrute ,if this way Silkrute is doing business then its horrendous,felt really embarrassed infront of my colleagues while unboxing the organizer.

The product is good . But not as shown in the picture. My product is pink colour But delivered Product Frame is grey and box white Colour'. Where is my pink colour product? Why U Sent like this? | Can't accept the product! I want my product which is pink colour shown in the Picture. If the Product is plant or something similar it's understandable that it can't be the same as shown in the illustrated picture but why is the entire colour changed from pink to gray? | want to return the product. But there also some twist ??ur options only we have to select . You are great Silkrute & intelligent!!! give back my prefer Colour Product
