These utensils are not detected by induction oven. Poor quality product. It has been 4 days since return initiation but received no calls from Silkrute pickup person ever.Surprisingly there is a comment on my return request from Silkrute that - “Return has been delayed from customer end”!!!!It is SHOCKING!!

The product is worst till date which I have purchased and the service provided by Silkrute is not good and they are also not returning it although the return request was generated on 7 July. But they didn't pick it and the request of cancellation got rejected as its return date has been gone

Overall the bartans are nice except the karchi they sent. The quality of spatchulas they sent should not be used for any home.. it's so bad i couldn't even give that away to my house help. Tons of plastic waste they are producing you would need to buy a wooden spatchulas seperately so that you don't damage the coatin.
