As a brand my experience with butterfly has been good. Generally i dont write reviews unless i feel very good or very bad about a product. This frypan from butterfly is good and heavy like other brands, at the same time it is cheaper than other brands.Quality is good, doesnt stick if you know how to use steel utensil.

Advantages
Heavy with a long handle which is super for tossing food.Use a metal spatula or silicon one no scratches appear.I fried eggs to check the stickiness, to my surprise the eggs were happily dancing around the pan.I like the thickness of the pan, it can evenly distribute the heat sell I have not seen any hot spots.I've used this on slow flame to cook rice, no sticking.I've used it for frying chicken and then veggies. No sticking.I've used it fry masala fish, only the masala coats the bottom a d gets stuck but the fish turns easily. On E done just add little water to the pan to make your pan gravy and it literally picks up all the stuck masalaCleaning is a breeze, use a Scotch bright sponge, or use a metal scrubber, both work well ( ideally the sponge does the work)After 1 month of use your pan does get blue spots because of the tarnish and platina, but after adding oil to the pan it becomes sleek. So far I'm amazed at this pan has been so UnderratedIt can easily give bigger brands of stainless steel pans a run for their money.Care instructions!!!After washing the pan I keep it on the gas again to a low flame so all the water evaporates and then wipe with a cloth andhang it on the rack.Try not to stack pans on top of it as that can cause the inner surface go scratch .Overall great nonstick pan so farInitially you need to fry onions on the very first time you cook somethingJust fry onions on low heart till they are black not fit for consumption then discard the oil, and wipe the pan down with tissue once it cools, only the first time not every time.(Makes the pan nonstick)Then use as regular

This will be a tough competition to bigger brands!
