The product is not up to the mark. As you can see the pictures that I have shared will show after 2 months of use. The food is sticking even after applying generous amount of oil.I have used Silicon/wooden spatula religiously followed all the mentioned tips for it's optimum upkeep like unless it's get cold on its own than only wash it or pour cold water.In the pictures you can see slight discoloration on the middle ring. It's more visible if seen from an angle under light.One more thing the rivets of the handle are loosely fit due to which food gets stuck under it & doesn't get clean under normal washing. Which is non healthy I believe.As stated in the product to register & send a message on WhatsApp. Which I did & got a recipe brochure & was asked to give a feedback.I have never earlier given any feedback for any other product on Silkrute. But when I asked them to replace the product as it seems faulty. They simply refused. They also stated this product shouldn't be used as Non Stick!!!I wonder what is that they are covering under warranty. I have to take them to consumer court no matter what.

Been using this sparingly over last few months. After 7-10 uses the food sticks to the pan. Be it with oil or without oil use, the food sticks to the pan. Very unhappy with the products after its high claims.

First, it is not non stick as after putting liquid material with some oil it sticks, which at times is impossible to clean. Also, it's stains are not removable. It's a pain to remove them.

Its been four months and the non-stick element is all but gone. I have taken care of the pan very well, using it only for eggs, using silicone turners, waiting for pan to cool down before wash, only soft scrubbers to wash. After all the precaution the non-stick does not work anymore even after layering the pan with oil. This is an expensive dud I will have to throw it in the dust-bin.

I bought this PAN based on the reviews I saw in Silkrute. I have used this PAN with UTMOST CARE and about a week to 10 days back I noticed a CHIIPPING of ceramic surface that exposed the ALUMINIUM below the surface. This exposed aluminum surface makes the pan unusable because of health issues. I have always taken utmost care of this pan. Never used any metal spatula or overheated the pan. Just cooked normally with it using a wooden spatula. I raised a WARRANTY CLAIM on MEYERS and the response from their quality team was very disappointing. They washed away their responsibility of POOR QUALITY on the customer not using the product properly and overheating the same. I have NEVER OVERHEATED the pan. While I have responded to them strongly I don't think they have even an iota of customer service in the attitude they showed in their response and hence I don't think they would CARE a DAMN about this issue. Hope they see this review and reconsider their callous attitude towards their customers.
