The 1st time, You guys delivered Frying Pan with the screw of Lid. I requested for replacement with new Lid. You people delivered the new Lid -- but this time, the Lid was wrongly fixed to hold it. I believe the Quality Department is missing in your esteemed and Most Trusted Brand. Now, I asked SIlkrute to cancel my order. I will better buy from the Local Market. Quality and Customer Care - both are important for any Brand to sustain - Else in today's era, competitors are waiting to grab your market. I hope it will help You. Great product. Heavy and solid. Made Spanish omelette and it came off like a greased base. The lid sits well on top of pan without any play. Only one little problem. The knob was screwed on the wrong side of the lid. Can easily correct it with screw driver.
