Very bad product. Did not expect this from a reputed manufacturer. The granite coating has given away within few months of use which does not happen even for a cheap brand. The service level is still abysmal and there is no response to my repeated complaints inpite the product being under warranty. Hopeless product hopeless Customer Service.

I love this pan and lid. They're very well made and nice to cook in. I use it like an oven and make quick breads! They're actually pancakes, but thicker and come out like pre-sliced banana nut bread!I read online that non-stick pans only last 2-3 years. I've used this one for 2 years so far. The bottom is turning brown and a little rough and scratched despite only using a plastic spatula. But the coating is still intact and working well. Be careful not to heat it too high with nothing in it, and don't shock it with cold water when it's very hot. Never use metal utensils.
