This is what has happened to this product within 2 months of usage;Wonderchef doesn't holds up to their 5 year warranty claim ; and their customer service is really pathetic - I had reach out to them on multiple platforms - facebook/mail/call/twitter - could note that they are active on twitter.However, their response is not at all positive and straight away they said - it cannot be replaced;Will not recommend this product.

Its good product but come without lid. On pricey side. Let see how long its coating last with normal usage.Easy too clean. Real non stick. Very light and wooden handle is broad and give good grip. Overall good product. I am happy for my buy. It works perfect on induction.

Ergonomic are poor, handle is position a bit higher and feels awkward to hold. The neck of the pan connecting to the handle has a wedge which makes using a lid or cover flimsy. Base of the induction is already discoloured within a month of use. Will not recommend.
