I m using this product carefully with wooden spatula and nylon scrub. But it got scratches so soon with in a month.It is heavy in weight but nonstick coating is not worthy.??

Bought thinking it would be useful when I want to make just 2 or 3 waffles & since the reviews were good.The side used directly on the flame the1st time fries fine but the other side even after t is turned over & fried, does a terrible job. The waffles remains soft & fries very unevenly since this side loses its heat while not touching the flame. If kept for long, it burns the waffle.

This is the only sandwich maker that I could find that gives in writing that it is PFOA free. Inside the coating is slightly uneven at one place but is unnoticeable. Sandwich comes out good, however the conventional ones are better in the sense that they are crispy from sides and soft from middle and more tastier. This one is crispy throughout since it is grill and overall you have to make it less crispier to avoid burning from middle. But still this is the best buy compared to all others and tastewise I think I will soon get used to it.
