Initially it looks good quality product but after a month use ,fine crack starts from bottom part & spreaded over a period of time all around the periphery.so overall life of the product is not so lone...I have been using it from past 4 months.

Received product without any issues ??. The only missing item was wooden ring but I was happy pots were in good condition I appreciate the packing process & delivery boy handled with care.. no damages no cracks or no artificial smell just get into proper seasoning & start cooking, definitely worth a try but have patience to use clay pots - no high flame, no metal spatulas

Absolutely great multiple levels of protective packing from the vendor. Was delivered without even a scratch on it. Had to season it by 1) making a small quantity of rice which i threw out, and 2) frying some onions in a larger than usuas amount of oil. Am regularly using all 3 pots on gas. Use the two smaller ones for veggies, and the largest one is kept exclusively for fish. Was doubtful as this was my first time with clay pots but full enjoy it now. Food has come out very well. it is amazing how good it is. we are so used to SS or non-sticks and these pots surprised me. But our grandparents used it for their whole life time!!
