Product are good but I received two Kadhai of same size . So check properly before packaging. My smaller one vessel get white . Seems like fungus .. what to do . I am unable to use it for cooking . Pls guide

The clay adds a subtle flavor to anything you cook in it. I didn't realize how much my metal pots affect the taste until I started using these. They are very absorbent though, so they tend to pick up flavors from your preparations. And be careful not to burn anythingit will be very hard to clean.

Mutton masala curry 1. Mutton 1 kg 2. Onions 3 3. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs 4. Pudina leaves around 10 5. Curry leaves few 6. Turmeric powder ½ spoon 7. Coriander powder 1 tbs 8. lemon 1 9. Salt 2 tea spoons / as per taste 10. Red chilli powder 3 tea spoons 11. Grind the following together after dry roast without burning (coconut small piece, Khuskhus 1 tbs, Cashew nuts 5 - 6) 12. Garam masala powder ½ spoon (cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, shazeera) 13. Amchur powder ¼ tea spoon Procedure Wash mutton neatly and Marinate it. Add ¼ spoon turmeric, Salt, chilli powder, ½ spoon Ginger garlic paste, lemon juice. Mix well and keep aside for ½ an hour. Take a big mud bowl and add four tbs of oil. Add one onion cut into big pieces and fry. Keep it aside. Add two onions cut into small pieces in the same oil and fry till brown. Add remaining Ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, pudina leaves, turmeric and stir properly. Make a paste of fried onion and add to it. Mix well for a minute and add marinated mutton. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 to 12 minutes. Add coconut mixture paste, coriander powder and cook for about 5 minutes. Mix well and add ½ litre hot water and cook on low heat till mutton pieces are cooked well. When the oil is slowly coming up add garam masala powder, finely chopped coriander leaves and put off the flame. Cover and leave it for about five minutes. Then transfer to a serving bowl.
