Bought this product on 22nd Feb 2021, have been using it with utmost care to avoid any damage as it is expensive, however cermaic coating started wearing off within 5 months of usage! So product is not at all worth the money we spend!

Have been using it for 4 months now. You cannot cook in it with less oil like you would want, considering it is nonstick.You can not cook potatoes or saute fish etc.Not value for money, with paying less you can get the better quality nonstick pan.

Performance of kadai is very Very poor. There are lots of scratches within 4 months even with a soft sponge use on it.Actually this is very costly kadai and after spending 3000 ? ON kadai, anyone will take care of it. I used low flame, keep separately, all time clean with soft sponge. But still this is the situation of kadai. Without coating, this is aluminium kadai. Keeping health issue in mind, I bought this kadai and coating started to come out within 4 months, then how it can be useful. Then it's better to use aluminium kadai costing less than 500?.How you can say this is not manufacturing defect, if coating was done in proper way, then its not easy to remove hard coating.Manufacturers should take care of it. Once customer buy this, then no one can help.

Money can't be a factor when your prioritise health.bought this for healthy cooking. and the brand didn't disappoint, the quality of coating is good and it's easy to clean too. only thing I find could have been improved is the handles. looks odd and flimsy( though it hasn't come apart or is wobbly). and like a fool I am, always buys the biggest size. please go for a smaller size if your a family of 3-4.

First off, it's a bit smaller than it appears. Initially it worked ok,but now after a few months,anything and everything we cook sticks to the bottom. Also the heating is pretty uneven . Very disappointed with the product, didn't expect such poor quality from such a big brand.
