It gets stained and does not clean off well. I bought it basically because it can go into the dishwasher safely. But as far as cooking in it is concerned , I'd much rather use anodised or nonstick kadhai.

Size 220mm is inclusive of the outer rim of vessels which is 5mm. Reasonably Sturdy. Handles are hollow. Looks like 2 plated steel body. Outer shiny and inner ridged for making non sticky. Just bought yet to see durability
