Thanks to Amazon for the fast delivery. The pressure cooker comes nicely packed and in bright red color without any scratches in outer body. Speaking of the Cons: The first time I bought the cooker it had a defective lid as it was very hard near to impossible to close the lid. So I had to return it and no replacement option was available. I bought it again hoping to get a good product, but this time it was worse. The interior of the cooker was stained and the lid was bent towards left, which made it totally unusable. I had always received quality products from Cloudtail but in this case the product was defective in both cases. Quality checks are not being done properly it seems.

Product is good. But the top cover was a bit scratched. And warranty card without any stamp nor purchased date, seems like the five years warranty is just for showoff
