I'm satisfied with the product and I believe it works as intended. I am using it for 2 weeks for preparing mutton bone soup. It kind of melts the bones and works better than the previous ordinary pressure cooker I was using. Although the thickness of the cooker looks promising enough, I believe that it could have been a little bit thicker. Overall experience is Good.

Using the product from last 6 month,the base plate came out of a sudden, replaced the same under warranty, but the replaced product also has the same issue. Hugh issue with the product. Not at all recommended.

No after sale service at doorstep even after I informed call Center of the crisis of half cooked rice inside and we couldn’t open it or stop the steam leak. After 4 days we were forced to break open with hammer as service was available.

Product delivered was defective— safety valve allowed steam to escape fully so no whistling by cooker. Since this can only be discovered while cooking, couldn’t return the product and seek refund so had to get it repaired locally.Avoid seller.
