I initially thought that a large paniya ram cookware won't be able to heat up evenly and I was right. You probably have to cover it while cooking one side but never turn the heat on fully or the ones in the middle will burn and you won't have cooked paniyarams on the corners.So, once the middle circle cooks, transfer the ones on the corners to the inner circles.I am happy because I figured out how to use this on a regular stove. The paniyaram size is perfect and I am content with having to use less oil too.Lid is also heavy, so be careful with it.
