Die casting is a metal casting process whereby metal is heated to a very high temperature and poured under high into a mould cavity. I was looking for a Cast iron tawa. I came across this Hawkins one with 15000 + highly rated reviews. When I began to read the reviews, I saw that almost all of them are for the hard anodized version, and some for the try ply stainless and non stick. I am unable to decide based on the reviews whether or get a cast iron tawa or not. I can only go by the brand. The reviews are not useful at all.
