Not good for making dosas

I am disappointed on 2 counts....1. there was a sticker affixed to the cooking surface which when peeled left a later of glue that took a days soaking and gentle scrubbing to come off. 2. My expectations for perfect dosas crashed when it stuck to the pan....even after seasoning for first time use. I eventually had to use my old non stick dosa tawa. Expected more from Future.

This is a medium sized frying pan. Being hard anodised it is a safer option than non stick. If used as per the instructions in the manual, the food doesn't stick to the pan except for a little, obviously because this is not a non-stick tawa. Value for money and well packaged delivery.
