This is very disappointing getting defective product repeatedly. Quality of pan material seem to be very good however the handle found defective and when I requested to replace I got piece with even more damaged Handle. I think the material of handle the plastic/ non metallic is not good.

The product is just perfect. Quality is good, it has a proper thick non stick coating which actually works. You have to read the instruction manual before using the product anyway as it clearly tells you to use the product with medium flame to get the best results and for long lasting life. It's not induction compatible and you have to use the provided scrubber or sponge to clean the same. Overall it serves the purpose and worth every penny. Well update this if i face any issues..
