This tawa is a versatile tool that is perfect for an induction cooktop. Omelettes with room for bacon on the side fit this skillet. Pancakes brown evenly and cook quickly. It should be ideal for cooking Indian food like nan and roti.It heats quickly and evenly, and is very responsive to the instant changes in cooking temperature possible with induction cooking. Using medium heat is best to avoid damage to the non-stick coating. It is also very easy to clean and needs no seasoning to maintain its non-stick coating. This one is a keeper!
