This product came in good packaging and new in condition.If the usage is making few dosa and eggs this will work perfect. I used it for making chapatis, when the tava was really hot I tried to turn the chapati with wooden spatula, the coating just came off. I was really worried how the food could have got contaminated with the coating coming off so easily when heated up.

first of all product is fine but I think there is bulge in the center of the pan ,its very minor, oil gets to the curves of pan. anyways it's a very good pan for omelettes and parathas

It's good, but it's just too smooth. You will have to use it for chapati/roti until it becomes slightly rough, and then use it for dosas, otherwise, it's so smooth, that you can't even spread the dosa batter properly.

Surface is good...cause i wipe it clean and dont wash too often. However pan centre is a bit raised as compared to the side. So liquids or eggs slide to the sides rather than the middle
